This image analysis system comprises: a video analysis server (20) which includes a risk holder identification unit (22) that detects a risk holder person range from persons appearing in image data, and an image analysis unit (24) that performs image analysis on the risk holder person range, and as a result, derives a combination of a risk holder attribute and the probability thereof, as person information analysis data; and an application server (30) which includes an appearance information extraction unit (31) that extracts, from the person information analysis data and as appearance information data to be included in conveyance content, an attribute satisfying a prescribed extraction condition for comparing probabilities between attributes belonging to attribute items comprising a plurality of attributes, and that also excludes, as uncertain information, from the conveyance content, an attribute not satisfying the prescribed extraction condition, and an appearance information transmission unit (34) that conveys the conveyance content including the appearance information data to an external terminal (40) of an affiliated person.
