Abstract:
This image analyzer comprises: an area setting unit that extracts a scratch area, which is a cell-free area, from a standard image selected from multiple images obtained by imaging cells in a time-series manner and sets a standard area corresponding to the scratch area in the multiple images; a calculation unit that calculates the area of a cell region in the standard area and/or the ratio of the area of the cell region to the standard area from each of the multiple images; and a control unit that makes a display device display time-series change in the area of the cell region and/or the ratio of the area of the cell region calculated above.
