Abstract:
Excellent corrections are performed as to the aperture value of an iris in an imaging lens part and as to the lens image height of a subject. An output signal from a camera signal processing circuit (4) is selected by a switch (5) to be supplied to a color aberration correcting part (6). A transformation ratio calculating part (10) receives the aperture value of an iris (31) provided in an imaging lens part (1), and also receives, from the color aberration correcting part (6), the coordinates of pixels where the correction has been made. Additionally, the transformation ratio calculating part (10) receives driving states of the imaging lens part (1), such as a zoom focus distance and a focus position, and camera movement correction vectors. Then, the transformation ratios for respective colors are determined and supplied to the color aberration correcting part (6). A signal as corrected by the color aberration correcting part (6) is compressed by a data compressing circuit (15) and then supplied to a recording/reproducing apparatus (17) to be recorded on a recording medium. A reproduced signal from the recording/reproducing apparatus (17) is decompressed by a data decompressing circuit (18) and then supplied to the switch (5).
