Abstract:
Disclosed is an image bitstream generation method and device for high resolution image streaming. A main purpose of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a method and device for generating image bitstream by encoding one image in different image qualities according to areas in order to efficiently transmit a large-capacity high-resolution image content.
