Abstract:
An image capture device comprising: an image capture device body which includes an image capture element which receives, as a subject image, reflected light indicating a subject, and a body-side suppression unit which, on the basis of the result of detection by a detection unit which detects vibrations imparted to the device, suppresses the influence of the vibrations on the subject image; and a control unit which performs control with respect to the body-side suppression unit so as to suppress the influence with a limit degree that is the degree to which the suppression of the influence by the body-side suppression unit is limited, the limit degree being determined in accordance with information about a replaceable image capture lens mounted on the image capture device body.
