Abstract:
An image capture device (1) of the present invention is provided with a cover glass portion (30) having the functionality of a right-angle prism; an imaging element substrate portion (10) which has an imaging element (13) upon a first main surface (11) and has, upon a second main surface (12), a rear-surface electrode (17) connected to the imaging element (13) via a feed-through wire (16); and a bonding layer (20) for bonding the cover glass portion (30) and the imaging element substrate portion (10) of the same outer dimensions.
