Abstract:
An image capture device comprises a photoelectric conversion element, a first transfer part, a charge conversion part, a charge conversion part reset part, a signal output part, a first transfer line, a transfer capacitor, a second transfer part, a transfer capacitor reset part, a second transfer line, and a drive part. With a noise signal read-out operation whereby the transfer capacitor is reset when a signal of the charge conversion part is outputted to the first transfer line with the first transfer part in an off state and the charge conversion part reset, and an optical noise sum signal read-out operation which outputs the charge conversion part signal to the first transfer line when the transfer capacitor reset part is in an off state, the first transfer part is in an on state, and the charge which the photoelectric conversion element accumulates is transferred, the signal is outputted from the first transfer line via the second transfer line.
