Abstract:
With an image capture device and an image capture method according to the present invention, a composite image is generated on the basis of first and second images which are obtained by respective image capturing in first and second wavelength bands. An object image in the second image is composited in a composite object image in the first image when generating the image composite. Thus, the image capture device and the image capture method according to the image capture device are capable of supplementing insufficient image quality in one image with another image, thereby allowing improved viewing of an object.
