Abstract:
This image capture system, which contains an image capture device connected to a first communication network and a first server device connected to the first communication network, is provided with: a first logical port that both the image capture device and first service device use to forward video data; a second logical port that is used for forwarding data other than video data; a measurement unit that measures the data forwarding quantity of the second logical port; and a band control unit that, on the basis of the data forwarding quantity measured by the measurement unit, controls the forwarding band of the first logical port and the second logical port.
