Abstract:
Disclosed are an image capturing device and a triggering method therefor, the capturing device comprising: a firearm detection unit which searches for a firearm and generates a firearm detection signal when a firearm is detected; an alert unit which generates a first vibration or a first sound when the firearm detection signal is generated; a capturing unit which captures an image on the basis of the firearm detection signal; a location information acquisition unit which generates firearm location information by using the location of the capturing device or the firearm detection signal; and a communication unit which transmits, to a central server, detection data including the firearm location information and the firearm detection signal.
