Abstract:
An image capturing device (100) is provided with a device housing part (110) and an image capturing part (120). The device housing part (110) holds a portable terminal (200). The image capturing part (120) is disposed on the principal surface (212) side on the reverse side to a principal surface (211) on which a display part (220) is provided. The image capturing part (120) is attached to the device housing part (110) so as to be able to capture an image of the reverse side to a display surface of the display part (220). The image capturing part (120) captures an image of a subject in an image capture area that is a region where image capturing is possible. The captured image of the subject captured by the image capturing part (120) is displayed on the display part (220). Consequently, the image capturing device is easily attached to the portable terminal, captures an image of the subject, and displays the captured image of the subject on the display part of the portable terminal.
