Abstract:
According to the disclosure of the present document, information/parameters associated with an entry point can be signaled on the basis of a WPP-associated entry point offset-present flag and a tile-associated entry point offset-present flag, and the effect of increasing coding efficiency, which is the primary purpose of parallel processing in encoding/decoding, can be derived therefrom.
