Abstract:
An image decoding method performed by a decoding apparatus according to the present invention comprises the steps of: decoding a first coding tree unit (CTU) in a current picture; storing, in a line buffer, motion information of the first CTU; and decoding a second CTU in the current picture by using the motion information of the first CTU stored in the line buffer, wherein the first CTU is located around the left side of the second CTU or is located around the top end of the second CTU.
