Abstract:

Comparison between three−dimensional images are conducted with high accuracy at high speed. A computer compares a three−dimensional image (B1) created by voxeling CAD data with a three−dimensional image (B2) created by voxeling measurement data so as to create a three−dimensional difference image (VB1), performs re−voxeling about the surface of the three−dimensional difference image (VB1) with high accuracy so as to create a three−dimensional difference fine image (VB2), and displays the original image and the difference portion distinguishably by color coding with reference to the three−dimensional difference image (VB1) and the three−dimensional difference fine image (VB2).
