Abstract:
This image decoding device (31) is provided with: a context determining unit (32) that determines the context of division information for a target block with reference to division-related information for one or a plurality of neighboring blocks adjacent to the target block; and a division information decoding unit (10) that decodes the division information for the target block by using the context determined by the context determining unit.
