Abstract:
The present invention adaptively uses WP prediction and GBI prediction in combination. A moving-image decoding device (31) provided with a weight prediction unit (3094) for generating a predictive image using at least one of a weight factor and an offset that are applied to each pixel value included in one or a plurality of reference images and that are set for each instance of a first unit area, and also using a weight factor that is set for each instance of a second unit area different form the first unit area.
