Abstract:
The embodiments of the application disclose an image defogging method and an image capture apparatus implementing image defogging. In one embodiment of the invention, an RGBIR sensor generates a first RGBIR image and a second RGBIR image. Therefore, the generated images are color images and comprise infrared information, producing a better defogging effect in a final image. Furthermore, the capture apparatus adjusts, according to the generated first RGBIR image and second RGBIR image, a first exposure duration and a second exposure duration, to achieve a balance between RGB components and an IR component in the image, ensuring a defogging effect of the final defogged image.
