Abstract:
This invention implements an image delivery device and the like that can prevent delay to a greater degree, even when real-time delivery is required. This image delivery device is characterized by having the following: an operation-information acquisition means for acquiring operation information; an image-information acquisition means for acquiring image information generated on the basis of said operation information; an allocation-information generation means for generating, on the basis of the operation information, allocation information that indicates a bit allocation to use when compressing the image information; a compression means for compressing the image information on the basis of said allocation information; and a transmission means for transmitting the compressed image information.
