Abstract:
Provided is an image delivery device which achieves both privacy and security protections. A privacy region storage unit stores a private region that is a region related to the privacy of a user. A cutout region storage unit stores, as a cutout region, a region which the authenticated user desires to deliver. An image processing level storage unit stores an image processing rule that stipulates image processing levels according to regions having different privacies. An image processing region generation unit acquires the cutout region of the authenticated user from the cutout region storage unit, regarding the image of the acquired cutout region, acquires a private region of the authenticated user and a private region of a person other than the authenticated user from the private region storage unit, acquires the image processing rule from the image processing level storage unit, and determines an image processing method for each region within the cutout region according to the acquired image processing rule.
