Abstract:
An image device and an operation method of an image device according to embodiments: determine whether there is a connection to a display device; according to the determination that there is a connection to the display device, acquire a group key corresponding to a device group comprising an image device and one or more other image devices; provide address information for playback of content to other image devices included in the device group, the address information being acquired by connecting to a server using the group key; transmit a playback command with respect to the content to the other image devices on the basis of whether or not the loading of the content on the basis of the address information is completed in each of the other image devices; and generate and provide the image information for the display device on the basis of the content and calibration information for playing back at least a portion of the content in the area corresponding to the display device among the entire area for playing back the content.
