Abstract:
Provided are: an image display device that can suppress a user operation from being obstructed when a deflection member has separated; a head-mounted display; and a deflection unit. The head-mounted display is provided with an image light unit, a holder 5, which holds a deflection member that deflects the image light, and a casing 12. The casing 12 is provided with three extensions (first extension, second extension 22A, and third extension 23A) extending between the left side of the image light unit and left end 21C, 22C, 23C sections of the casing 12. A first rear surface 21B contacts the holder 5 in a mounted state. A second regulating member 211 is provided to the first rear surface 21B. A front-side first regulating member and a back-side first regulating member 221B are provided to a second rear surface. A front-side first regulating member 231A and a back-side first regulating member are provided to a third rear surface 23B. A half mirror 56 deflects the image light to the rear side in the state of the holder 5 being mounted to the casing 12.
