Abstract:
The purpose of the invention of the present application is to provide an image display device, an image display method, and a program with which it is possible to realize high-quality viewing experiences. In order to achieve the above purpose, an image display device according to one embodiment of the present technology comprises a screen and a display unit. The screen is of a cylindrical shape extending along a prescribed axis. The display unit causes a surface image displayed on the substantially whole surface of the screen and a main display image displayed so as to exist in the internal space of the screen to be superimposed. It is thereby made possible to realize high-quality viewing experiences.
