Abstract:
Disclosed is an image display device which is provided with an image display panel, and a housing which houses the image display panel. In the front wall of the housing, an image display window that makes the screen of the image display panel viewable from the outside is provided. In the rear wall of the housing, two housing sections are provided, each of said housing sections being configured by connecting together a recessed section provided in the rear wall, and a cover which covers the opening of the recessed section. On the recessed section-side connecting surface out of the surfaces on which the recessed section and the cover of each housing section are connected, screw members are screwed at a plurality of areas along the inner circumference of the connecting surface by having the screw members penetrate the cover, and the distances between the adjacent screw members in the two housing sections are different from each other.
