Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an image display device which allows easy discrimination between operation buttons by the tactile sensation of a hand. A television receiver functioning as an image display device has an operation unit (18) on a side face thereof, with a plurality of butt ons (21-25b) including a sound volume button (25a) for increasing sound volume and a sound volume button (25b) for reducing the sound volume being juxtaposed in the operation unit (18). The sound volume button (25a) and the sound volume button (25b) functionally constituting a pair are separated. Between the sound volume button (25a) and the sound volume button (25b) is provided an operation-button-discrimination assistance unit (31) protruding from the side face and extending along the direction of juxtaposition of the sound volume button (25a) and the sound volume button (25b).
