Abstract:

A display device comprises a frame (20) which is to be mounted on the head of an observer (10), and an image display device (20) which is attached to the frame (20). The image display device (30) further comprises an image forming device (40), an optical assembly (50) which guides an image from the image forming device (40) to the observer's pupil, and a support member (601) which supports the image forming device (40). A support face (61) of the support member (60) which supports the image forming device (40) curves in an x-direction and/or a y-direction, and the image forming device (40) curves accordingly, where the x-direction is a direction of the support member (601) corresponding to a first direction of the image, and the y-direction is a direction of the support member (601) corresponding to a second direction of the image which differs from the first direction.
