Abstract:
Disclosed are an image display method and device in a smart television, the method comprising: in response to the triggered display of image information contained on a current page, determining whether the page previous to and/or the page following the current page has image information; if yes, then acquiring the clipped image of an image at a first preset position in the image information on the previous page, and/or the clipped image of an image at a second preset position on the next page; and while displaying in a first area on the current page the image information contained on the current page, displaying in the second area on the current page the obtained clipped image of the image at the first preset position, and displaying in a third area on the current page the obtained clipped image of the image at the second preset position. The present invention solves the problem in the prior art of how to provide a user with more accurate browsing information when the user is browsing the image information of a smart television.
