Abstract:
An image display which can display a good image by preventing yellowing of a glass substrate and a method for manufacturing such an image display at high yield are disclosed. In the method for manufacturing an image display composed of a front glass substrate and a rear glass substrate, a glass substrate is used as the front glass substrate when it contains a certain amount of Sn++ or less. The glass substrate is used as the rear glass substrate when it contains more than the certain amount of Sn++.
