Abstract:
Provided are an image display panel, image display panel installation equipment, and a method for producing an image display panel in which reflective light is used to display an image and in which the reproducibility of an original image is high even while the method is simple. The present invention is characterized in that: an image is displayed by the embossing of a tabular body (2); the tabular body (2) has a main part (3) formed from a metal for reflecting light, and a surface layer part (5) formed from a material for absorbing light to a greater degree than does the main part (3); the embossing is carried out to form a plurality of linear V-shaped grooves (8) on the surface side of the tabular body (2) so that the grooves are aligned at very small intervals; the shading of the image is expressed by the depth of the V-shaped grooves (8); and the image is displayed by the absorption of light in the surface layer part (5) and the reflection of light in the V-shaped grooves (8).
