Abstract:
An image display system includes a function (188) for storing picked-up image data from a CCD camera (42) into a first difference memory (24) according to a predetermined timing, a function (190) for storing picked-up image data from the CCD camera (42) into a second difference memory (26) at another timing, a function (192) for calculating a difference between the picked-up image data stored in the first difference memory (24) and the picked-up image data stored in the second difference memory (26), a function (194) for specifying an image which has moved from the data after the difference calculation, a function (196) to judge whether the image which has moved is in contact with the character image, and a function (200) to increase the values of parameters such as an experience value, a physical force, and an attack force when the image which has moved is in contact with the character image. Thus a card game which has been enjoyed only in the real space can be enjoyed in the virtual space and a new game combining a card game and a video game is provided.
