Abstract:
This image display system comprises an operating device and an image display device. The operating device transmits, to the image display device, first position information indicating a first relative position of a first finger of a user relative to a receiving unit in the operating device, and operation information indicating an operation input into the receiving unit. The image display device acquires, from the operating device, the first position information and the operation information, and generates display image data which represents a display image on the basis of captured image data representing a captured image inside a specified area, and the first relative position indicated by the first position information. In the display image, a panel image is disposed inside an area corresponding to the position of the receiving unit in the specified area, and visibility of the panel image in a first area corresponding to the first relative position is lower than visibility of the panel image outside the first area. The image display device executes a specific process when specific operation information is acquired indicating that input of a specific operation has been received while the display image is being displayed.
