An image display thin film for in-vehicle display and a manufacturing method therefor, relating to the technical field of vehicle head-up display. The image display thin film comprises a transparent thin film and a plurality of LED display pixel units; the transparent thin film adheres to a vehicle window at any position; a pixel drive lead wire is provided on one side surface of the transparent thin film; all of the LED display pixel units are arranged on one surface of the transparent thin film in the form of a matrix having rows and columns, and are connected to an external drive circuit by means of the pixel drive lead wire. By means of the image display thin film, a user can make the image display thin film adhere to a vehicle window at any position, and can observe a signal on an LED display screen during the driving process without moving sight; high-brightness display can be conducted by the LED display screen, and the brightness can be adjusted; the spacing between adjacent LED display pixel points is 0.1 mm-10 mm, thereby ensuring that the duty ratio of the LED display pixel points is less than 1/10; a pixel matrix is formed, the brightness is stable, the image is clear, and safety guarantee is provided for the safe driving of the vehicle.
