Abstract:
Provided is an image displaying medium (22) which is capable of displaying a high-quality image and prevents falsification of the image. The image displaying medium (22) is transferred from a support (226) onto a base material to display an image containing a personal data. The image displaying medium (22) is supported in such a way as to be peelable from a supporting member (226) and contains a light-permeable foundation layer (227, 228) and a hologram and/or a diffraction grating, and further contains an image displaying layer (220a) transferred onto the foundation layer (227, 228) by thermal transfer employing a thermal head. The image displaying layer (220a) displays an image containing at least a part of the personal data.
