Abstract:
[Solution] An optical scanning device (12) is provided with cleaning holders (511, 512), transmissive members (52), a linear member (54), a winding motor (55), and stoppers (56a, 56b). The two cleaning holders (511, 512) are coupled to the linear member (54). The winding motor (55) drives the linear member 54 to move in a circle, and thereby moves the two cleaning holders (511, 512) while causing each cleaning material to slide on the corresponding transmissive member (52). The stoppers (56a, 56b) restrict the movement of the cleaning holders (511, 512) in one direction along the extending direction of the transmissive members (52) when the cleaning holders come in contact with the stoppers. A contact determination unit (913) determines whether the cleaning holders (511, 512) come in contact with the stoppers (56a, 56b) on the basis of a current value from the winding motor (55).
