Abstract:
Provided is an image forming device which can ensure image stability and productivity immediately after reset, even if a processing operation during a running stabilization control is interrupted.
The image forming device (100) comprises an image forming section (43) for forming a toner image being transferred to the image region of an image carrier (20) and a correcting toner image (T) in the non-image region, a sensor (30) for detecting the density information of the correcting toner image (T), and a control section (40) performing stabilization control by correcting the imaging conditions based on the density information of the correcting toner image (T), wherein the control section (40) forms a plurality of correcting toner image (T) of different densities over a plurality of non-image regions, forms the not-yet-formed remaining correcting toner image (T) continuously on the image carrier (20) when second information is received while stabilization control is running, and finishes the processing operation in a running stabilization control after detecting the density information of correcting toner image (T) which are formed continuously.
