Abstract:
When light intensity control involving mutually different target light intensities is executed successively in APC, oscillation is produced in the output signal from the photoreceptor elements subsequent to the switch of light intensity control, and considerable time is needed to complete light intensity control subsequent to the switch. To address this problem, light intensity control involving identical light intensity control as the target light intensity is executed in succession for at least two light-emitting points in APC.
