Abstract:
An image forming device (2): receives, by means of a beacon receiver, a beacon signal from a beacon transmitter (1) carried by a user present in a peripheral area (2a) of a predetermined extent; identifies the user present in the peripheral area (2a) on the basis of the beacon signal received by the beacon receiver (34); and, upon receiving a periphery checking request from a user terminal device (4), transmits to the user terminal device (4) a response indicating the presence of absence of the user at least present in the peripheral area (2a).
