Embodiments of the present application disclose an image frame transmission method and device, which belong to the technical field of communications. The image frame transmission method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a terminal determines a DRX activation window length that matches the type of an image frame; and the terminal receives the image frame within the DRX activation window length.
