Abstract:
This image interface device comprises: an image display unit that displays images of an manipulation object that is manipulated by a user; a representative-body rendering unit that renders a virtual representative body of the user on the image display unit; and a manipulation-signal input unit that receives input of a manipulation signal from the user with respect to the manipulation object. The size of the representative body is variable in accordance with the size of the manipulation object. The manipulation-object images displayed on the image display unit are subjective images as seen from the representative body. An image manipulation device includes, in addition to the image interface device, a manipulation unit that generates a manipulation signal in response to the user manipulating the manipulation unit.
