Abstract:
An image encoding/decoding method and apparatus are provided. The image decoding method according to the present disclosure comprises the steps of: determining a motion vector difference (MVD) of a current block; deriving a motion vector of the current block on the basis of the determined MVD and a motion vector predictor (MVP) of the current block; and generating a prediction sample of the current block on the basis of the derived motion vector and a reference picture of the current block, wherein a code of the MVD may be determined on the basis of whether or not the reference picture is resampled.
