Abstract:
An image encoding/decoding method, a bitstream transmission method, and a computer-readable recording medium for storing a bitstream are provided. The image decoding method according to the present disclosure relates to an image decoding method performed by an image decoding device, and may comprise the steps of: reconstructing a picture from a bitstream; and transforming the reconstructed picture on the basis of one of at least one candidate transform, wherein the at least one candidate transform corresponds to a rotation transform or symmetric transform for the picture.
