Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an image monitoring system and an image transmission method which, even if a network is temporarily disconnected to thereby cause a period during which image data cannot be recorded by a monitoring-side image recording device, make it possible to access a camera-side image recording device from the monitoring-side image recording device and easily acquire the image data during the disconnection of the network when the network is restored.
[Solution] When a network (40) is disconnected to thereby cause a period during which image data cannot be recorded, an image recording device (2) (60) requests a monitoring camera-side image recording device (1) (30) to transmit missing image data after the network (40) is restored, and performs interpolation processing on the image data using the missing image data transmitted from the image recording device (1) (30).
