Abstract:
In the present invention, an image pick-up device is provided with the following: a lens optics system that has six regions having optical characteristics which cause the six regions to have mutually different focal characteristics; an image pick-up element that has a plurality of pixels, on which light that has passed through the lens optics system is incident; and an array optical element that causes each of the light rays that have passed through the six regions to be incident on mutually differing pixels on the image pickup element.
