Abstract:
An image pickup device 1 is equipped with: an image pickup element 10 wherein a light receiving section 11 is formed in a light receiving surface 10SA; a cover glass 30 bonded to the light receiving surface 10SA; and a wiring board 20 bonded to a rear surface 10SB of the image pickup element 10. Two side surfaces 10SS orthogonal to the image pickup element 10 respectively have alignment marks at predetermined relative positions with respect to the light receiving section 11.
