Abstract:
Disclosed is an image pickup lens which ensures excellent optical characteristics that correspond to a high pixel density image pickup element, while reducing the size of the image pickup lens and increasing the diameter thereof.
The image pickup lens is configured of the following lenses in the following order from the object side: a first lens having positive refractive power; a meniscus second lens, which has the concave surface facing the image side, and which has negative refractive power; a third lens having positive refractive power; a meniscus fourth lens, which has, in the vicinity of the optical axis, the concave surface facing the object side, and which has positive refractive power; and a fifth lens, which has negative refractive power in the vicinity of the optical axis, and positive refractive power at the periphery of the optical axis.
