Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to project, onto a subject, an image different from a background image by using a simple structure. An image pickup system (1) according to the present invention is provided with: a display apparatus (3) provided with a display surface (9) for displaying an image; a domical reflection member (4) that is disposed so as to cover at least a portion of the display surface (9) of the display apparatus (3), and that is provided with a reflection surface on an inner surface for reflecting light from the display surface (9), the domical reflection member having a through hole penetrating through the inside and outside thereof; and an image capturing apparatus (2) that disposes a subject (P) at a position sandwiched by the reflection member (4) and the display surface (9) and captures light emitted from the display surface (9) through the through hole.
