Abstract:
It is desirable to reduce the amount of data of a moving image for a dynamic picture or the like. An image processing apparatus may have a designation unit, which designates at least one partial region in a dynamic image. The image processing apparatus may have an extraction part, which extracts at least one partial image corresponding to at least one partial region from the plurality of first images constituting the dynamic image. The image processing apparatus may have a generating unit, which, according to each one of the plurality of first images, composes at least one partial image and generates a plurality of second images having a smaller image size than the first image.
