Abstract:
Provided are an image processing apparatus, a radiograph photographing system, an image processing method, and an image processing program that enable correction of a radiograph with high accuracy. An image processing apparatus 14 is provided with: an image acquisition unit 80 which acquires, from a radiation detector 20 having disposed therein a plurality of pixels 32 which each output an electric signal according to the dose of radiation R emitted from a radiation source 13, a radiograph that has been captured while end portions of the radiation detector 20 are superimposed on each other; and a correction unit 82 which corrects, in the radiograph, the influence of an end portion 104 on a far side from the radiation source 13.
