Abstract:
[Problem] To track a subject using synthesized image data in which visible-light image data and invisible-light image data are synthesized. [Solution] This image processing device has: a detection means 109 for detecting at least one subject from visible-light image data and/or invisible-light image data having been generated by image capturing; a determination means 110 for determining the subject to be tracked from the at least one subject; a synthesis means 111 for synthesizing the visible-light image data and the invisible-light image data and generating synthesized image data; and a tracking means 120 for tracking the subject to be tracked, using the synthesized image data. The synthesis means synthesizes the visible-light image data and the invisible-light image data in accordance with information that pertains to the subject detected by the detection means.
