Abstract:

This image processing device 10 has a storage unit 13, a controller 14, and an output unit 15. The controller 14 detects a picture of a target object from a captured image. The controller 14 stores a newly detected state of the target object such that the same is incorporated into a record of the state of the target object stored in the storage unit 13. The controller 14 determines behavior of a moving body 1 on the basis of the record of the state stored in the storage unit. The output unit 15 outputs information to the moving body directing the determined behavior of the moving body 1.
