Abstract:
Provided are an image processing device, an image display device, and a program that are capable of suppressing vibrations of an image displayed on the display device even when the image is captured by an imaging device having no vibration suppression function, or vibrations of the image are not fully suppressed. According to the present invention, provided is an image processing device that includes a motion estimating unit that estimates the motion amount of an object between a first image and a second image subsequent thereto, and a motion compensating unit that performs conversion processing to the second image on the basis of the motion amount of the object so that vibrations of the object between the first and second images are suppressed, wherein the motion estimating unit has a first estimation mode for estimating the motion amount of the object within a predetermined search area, and a second estimation mode for estimating the motion amount of the object on the basis of an area that is greater than the search area in the first estimation mode.
